- We ship through a variety of methods, and are considering more everyday. When your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking # and the carrier so you can track your package all the way to your door.
- Privacy & Security
- We do not share your information with anyone we don't have to. I mean, if the FBI had a warrant or something....what do you do? But other than that, your information is safe with us.
- Returns & Replacements
- We've really tried to drop prices to an as-is quality basis. If we have to start taking in a lot of returns, we'd have to hire some one for that and raise prices. If, for some reason, you are really unhappy with your purchase, we do want to turn that around. Contact us and let's see what we can do.
- Ordering
- We've tried to make it super simple. All you need is a credit card and an email address. If you have any problems with our system, please do not hesitate to contact us! Likely you're not the only one having trouble.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We charge to your order to your credit card. All of our pricing is AT LEAST 70% off of retail (or at least what we think is retail). If you sign up for alerts and our newsletter, we'll make sure to let you know about promotions! Did we miss anything?
- Viewing Orders
- Just log into our whizbang site and you can view your orders right there. For being such a small company, we believe in having a really first rate site for our customers.
- Updating Account Information
- Always, always, always keep your account info up to date. We need a way of getting you when we need you. These account records are really our only way. Thanks!
